Pricing & Billing
Transparent Session Fees
We believe in transparent, straightforward pricing. Psychotherapy is an investment in your long-term health, relationships, and emotional well-being.
Individual Psychotherapy
$250 / hour
Standard clinical session for individuals addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or grief.
Couples Counselling & Family Therapy
$250 / hour
A shared rate for couples therapy, marriage counselling, or family counselling focused on communication, conflict patterns, relational dynamics, and repair.
Insurance & Extended Benefits
Our services are provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) governed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Most extended health benefits and EAPs in Ontario cover psychotherapy.
Direct Billing: We do not offer direct billing to insurance providers. You will receive an official receipt with all regulatory details and CRPO numbers upon payment, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Payment Policies
- Accepted Payments: We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment is due at the end of each session.
- Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged the full session rate.
- Sliding Scale: We maintain a limited number of sliding scale slots for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please call to inquire about current availability.
